REFUND - RETOUR POLICY

Wil je jouw items terugsturen! Dat kan! Je hebt het recht om te retourneren binnen 14 kalenderdagen nadat je jouw items hebt ontvangen.  Uitzondering: schoenen & solden/Outlet kunnen niet geretourneerd worden.

Wat te doen:

STAP 1: Je laat ons binnen de termijn van 2 weken (14 kalenderdagen) weten dat je de aankoop wenst te herroepen.  Je hebt de keuze om de producten tegen retournering te vervangen door a) nieuwe producten b) een gift voucher c) een terugbetaling. Dit kan via het retourplatform: https://fambycandice.shipping-portal.com/rp/ (gegevens van dit formulier).

Je hoeft enkel jouw postcode en ordernummer (#10xxxx) in te geven. Vergeet bij de ordernummer niet het '#'.

STAP 2: Hierna heeft u 14 kalenderdagen de tijd om de goederen aan ons te retourneren. 

STAP 3: FAZENNA zal de nieuwe items bij omruiling, cadeaubon of terugbetaling in orde brengen na ontvangst van de conforme retour. De retouren worden regelmatig verwerkt.

-> Bij omruiling graag een berichtje via Instagram Fazenna_by Candice, zodat kortingscode kan doorgestuurd worden voor gratis verzending. Hierdoor voorkomen we dat jouw outfit niet meer beschikbaar is.

Vanaf we de artikelen hebben ontvangen, zullen we de terugbetaling op de betaalrekening binnen 14 dagen in orde brengen.

Indien retourzendingen worden ontvangen zonder tag, of andere verpakking van het product beschadigd is, wordt een compensatie gevorderd van de consument die overeenkomt met de waardevermindering die het product ondergaan heeft (zie artikel VI.51, §2 van het Wetboek van economisch recht). Zonder verzendbewijs met Track & Trace code worden zoekgeraakte retouren niet vergoed. Dit kan ook worden aangevraagd als de artikelen niet op tijd zijn aangebracht.

What to do:

Step 1: You let us know within the period of 2 weeks (14 calendar days) that you wish to cancel the purchase.  You have the choice to replace the products against return with a) new products b) a gift voucher c) a refund. You just need to enter your postcode and order number (#10xxxx). Don't forget the '#' when entering the order number.

Step 2: You have 14 calendar days to send the items to us.

Step 3: FAZENNA wills send new items, gift voucher or organize the pay back after receiving a compliant return. 

The Returns are managed on a frequent basis. The pay back will be organized within 14 days after retour.

If returns are received without a tag or other packaging of the product is damaged, compensation is recovered from the consumer who agrees with the depreciation that the product has undergone (see article VI.51, §2 of the Code of Economic Law).
Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be reimbursed. This can also be requested if the articles are not returned on time.
